Event id 41 :Have you checked the windows error report? Go to the windows event viewer. I think you need to sort by event id 41. If nothing is there look through and see if you find something about windows restarting unexpectedly.

I can't understand anything... what is Kennel-powerRead it xD
What cinebench benchmark? send me a link please. It means something wasn’t getting the power it needed. Most likely your APU if it happens in games. Have you actually run a cinebench benchmark? I suggest you do that as it will help confirm this.
The voltage is good, let me try the cinebenchmark[DOUBLEPOST=1539868963][/DOUBLEPOST]Also try putting all of your parts in pcpartpicker.com and see what the total wattage is. Your PSU might not be able to push out the power you need. I doubt it, but with your CPU core count it is possible[DOUBLEPOST=1539868095][/DOUBLEPOST]

If you have steam you could also try installing 3DMark and using that: https://www.3dmark.com/

Tried still not crash...Hmm, interesting. Now try 3DMark, it will stress your APU more.[DOUBLEPOST=1539869191][/DOUBLEPOST]
Cinebench rules out the possibility of CPU power loss though, which is good.
Wdym a bunch ? how many ?Weird then. So something is losing power while a game is running, but it’s not the APU or CPU. You could try opening a bunch of google chrome tabs and see if it is a ram issue xD
its a premade computer since the guy who built it added this psu its not psu problem i guess, it might be driver problems as before i reset it i was getting application has been blocked from a cessing graphics hardware then i reset to win 10 from win 10 pro and now it crash with black screen[DOUBLEPOST=1539871103][/DOUBLEPOST]I Personally think it would be either a PSU / RAM Issue.
What is you're GPU and CPU?
Because if it's a decent GPU & CPU i would suggest upgrading to a 750W. I had the same problem with a 450 W Corsair PSU, were it would shutdown randomly but i would hear youtube playing well my screen was black.
How I Fixed:
-Purchased a Gold Edition EVGA 750W Gold Edition
-Installed it, and did a background check on all my connections and seeing if my fans were working.
-Factory Reset my entire PC
-Updated Drivers and re-installed windows
Took me about 24 hours to do but in the end, it all worked out and havent had a crash but when i rebooted it my screen resolution was messed up which was fixed with a GeForce Nivida Drivers Update.
I Suggest Factory Reseting and if this doesn't help, go for a better PSU depending on the specs of you're PC.
Do you have an SSD?
doing that right now, but i think its driver problem maybe i dont have the right drivers :/[DOUBLEPOST=1539872024][/DOUBLEPOST]Nah, just skip that xD Follow this instead, it’s more scientific
- Open the Control Panel
- Click Administrative Tools
- Click Windows Memory Diagnostic. [You can also launch the tool by entering "mdsched" in the search bar.]
- Select "Restart now and check for problems" or "Check for problems the next time I start my computer" [If you opt to restart and run the tool now, just be sure to save your work and close any open programs for before doing so.]
- Select your memory test options and run the test [Once the machine restarts, the tool will launch and run the memory test. You can press F1 to change the test options or just let it run with the standard settings.]
- Let the test run [The test could take a few minutes.]
i will get the pc into expert to fix it but before that can u help with drivers maybe its the drivers?[DOUBLEPOST=1539872222][/DOUBLEPOST]I Personally think it would be either a PSU / RAM Issue.

There is just 1 Stick of ram 8GB and 1 free slot should i move the ram to the free slot ?Totally random but try removing the sticks of ram and putting them back in or moving them to different slots. To my surprise, 3 out of the 4 Issues I've had with my computer have been solved just moving the ram sticks.
Have you ruled out the source being the monitor not getting power or anything like that?
No, don't buy that, it's a scamShit :/ i don't have thermalpaste atm...[DOUBLEPOST=1539866695][/DOUBLEPOST]
And is this a good gpu? https://www.ebay.com/itm/ASUS-GTX75...=item4b41d4f635:g:xBQAAOSwvGVa4d8z:rk:15:pf:0
750 watt gold psu is a fucking overkill for this pc.....I Personally think it would be either a PSU / RAM Issue.
