I'm not sure many developers will do this. You'll need a big budget. I highly recommend 1amDev, he is very professional and experienced.

This wouldn't be a difficult project, more of a time consuming project as you would need a lot of sections with a lot of items.

Correct unless the Dev who makes this, makes it read from a sql db where each new line in the table is a new item in the webstore or something similar creating a new page. And could make a user friendly admin page where the OP could enter his items and stuff
