The first ONE Is a 1.7k build, there should be another 1070.
But if we are talking about these u should buy the second. Btw u dont need a new motherboard because Ur socket Is the same

2 graphics cards would be complete overkill, the only real difference between me and katana2 ‘a build is CPU. The Ryzen 9 will be the best CPU ever made so if you wanna wait for that
