ComputerCraft Plugin

Hey guys. I was hoping someone would be able to make a plugin like the mod: ComputerCraft!
I am hoping that someone can do this for free but i realise it would probably be a big plugin so im happy to pay for it, depending on the price.

This plugin apparently did what computercraft did.

I'll let you know now that I don't have the time to take on something like this, even if did know exactly where to start.

An Estimate? I would love to say less than $1,000...

But I think it would depend completely on whether the new Developer was to use what has already been made by the developer(link you gave) - But it sounds like the previous developer found (The API he used?) to have terrible performance, meaning he would need to rewrite a lot, if not everything.
