I was previously working for GalaxyOrbs as a Staff Manager. I was hired on and was getting ready to work on the server the following day. The staff team grew on me and they liked me very well. That next day, I was told I was being placed elsewhere in the server because he did not "trust" me. Therefore, he hired a new manager and I voiced my concerns that when he hired me my main focus was managing. He told me to talk to the new manager about which, he as well had no idea about the situation. In the end, I decided to resign as I felt being replaced so suddenly after just being hired was odd. After, he ended up demoting other people for reasons such as "We don't need this rank." Later, I found out the person he was pinning everything against knew nothing about the current situation. He tried telling me his current owner was talking him out of everything, which was not true. After resigning professionally and leaving the server, he had told everyone they needed to block me as I was not a "good" person. After he told the staff team to block me they all added me which then, led me to provide evidence that he was unprofessional about the entire situation. Before he unadded me, he then told me that I needed to "find love" in my life and if I had more questions to rejoin the discord server. After this situation and the multiple other situations, the staff team decided to leave him. Pretty much, every single one of them. We all started our own server which then, he found and decided to join. He then made it his choice to message each of us saying "Your server wont get anywhere as big as GalaxyOrbs." During this time, he even kept warning us not to use his plugins, builds, etc. Which was not going to happen because we had our own ideas. Essentially, I had a very bad experience here and its all for profit, as the staff team itself explained to me he asks for money frequently which money was donated and some of them were demoted after buying him certain things. Anyhow, good luck on your future projects! Good day.
I also forgot to add, he stated he hired me because he "liked me" and that he wasn't thinking straight because I am a girl and he wanted me to be more than his manager. I was running out of space to type I think.

I will respond to the comments from Hannah and Fitz.
I will break up my response into parts to make the flow easier to understand.

- On the 23rd of July, my former staff manager Stride resigned and we had only one manager at the time so it made me become a bit concerned towards the team and I decided to start looking around on this site for a new manager and I found hannah's thread, I contacted her via discord messages around 4PM EST however she was sleepy so we resumed conversations around 6:15 PM EST of the same day, our conversation was fantastic, she is a really motivation person, her introduction to me and she responded to me with more then satisfactory responses so I did indeed bring her into the team at that moment and I requested for her to "work" on the staff discord, by this I meant clean it up etc as I bought GalaxyOrbs from the other founder - AlexOrb 2 weeks ago and I felt it was time to clean it up (the staff discord), I passed out I'd say about a hour or two later, following this the next morning Alex contacted me about GalaxyOrbs as he was interested in the project and offered me a deal to become Manager and he would provide me with the Builds, and other assets of GalaxyOrbs - until then I only held the branding, discord, domains etc. I felt this would be a great aid in increasing development so I took him on his offer and then Alex talked with me about the managers one was John, someone who has been on my management team for quite some time now and then hannah, he was curious about hannah so I sent me her thread, told him about her and then he asked me why did I hire someone externally rather then looking at the team I have and moving someone up, as well as the fact it's someone that's not that well known on this forum. Because of these two things I contacted Hannah about it and explained it here and this is what was said:
Following Hannah's resignation, the staff team started to resign and I found out shortly after they were starting up their own server, at first I was frustrated at the thought because I didn't know what I did wrong at the time because they were just resigning and I assumed they wanted to move to another project however a staff member that left to work with them shown me a group chat they made about it and it became an issue that I couldn't simply ignore. In short there has been some claims against me for how I operate networks, "scum" people over and lie to people, and I'd like to clear the air if you will on this, one of their points is a Owner I had named Dover, I apparently scammed him out of money, demoted him, then brought him back. the contact they know is I scammed him and then he came back after I said sorry but the truth is that, this was related to another project I was running, a old contact of mine whom I've known for a while who has a lot of money and is a nice lad came to me and was interested in investing and I felt like it would be a wise idea so myself, my mate, and dover talked and my mate bought dover out of the project in the sense of paying him 120 CAD to cover the investments he put towards the project and then he was placed as a manager on the project, about 3 weeks later my mate became inactive so I decided to bring dover back as an Owner and move to GalaxyOrbs, Dover was okay for this and everything seemed perfect in all honesty. And other matters I don't feel like mentioning but to explain why I removed Hannah from Manager is Alex made me rethink my decision of hiring someone I had not spoken to prior and I should of just looked at one of my Admins and moved them up instead.

- I've seen the chat she is referring towards, and the issue with their end is misunderstandings and not having the full side of the matter. I will say publicly I did not act professional towards her and the staff team once I found out they were starting up their own project in the moment as I felt betrayed as I liked the whole staff team at GalaxyOrbs and I considered all of us more then just a team, like a family. I would buy 2 of the best staff members, skurph, and xd_321 nitro as a token of my thanks for their efforts and just generally how nice they are, I know this is just a small thing but I feel like it meant something to them.
Just because I bought them nitro doesn't justify how I treated the situation, however I did and still care for them all including Hannah, I did formally apologize to Hannah privately about how I handled her situation:

I understand later that Hannah confirmed they were not and I do apologize for being so investigative towards this, I just didn't want the assets I bought mixed with the work Skurph did, if Skurph wants to use his ShopGUI+ Config that's fine, he made that and I'm proud of him for it knowing it took him 3 days to get it done and no one was "demoted" after buying me anything, Skurph paid me $125 towards Galaxy and if he wants to talk about getting it back he can once I have that on hand as I just paid for my books for school so I have no cash at the moment otherwise I would formally say Thank you Skurph and I'm sorry if you believed I scammed you - he paid me 3 days before hannah was introduced then left the following, no one's "demotion" was caused by them paying me prior. I felt I wanted to restart the staff team after the events as the staff team had flaws of not being properly managed, no proper documents etc so that led to poor decisions, promotions way to quick etc so I removed the whole team from the staff discord and their ranks from the primary discord. Following this they assume I did this to "scum" them no, I was going to contact them however after failing to hear from some of them I just felt they were dead set on their new project so I wished them the best in a group chat then left on my own accord.
Finally, I can say I've reflected on this whole situation and I can say I have seen the errors in my decisions and poor though process that lead to the events that happened internally. I can not change what I did however if I could I would of talked to her via voice chat about it and she what we could of do. And I believe context matters in any regard:
Moving forward with GalaxyOrbs I have decided I will not be handing the staff team directly any further and just focus on the development of the network as that is where my strength is, and formally so you all can see this here I do deeply apologize for how I acted towards Hannah's resignation, I was the bad actor in the situation and the result was my friends leaving because of my actions and I can assure you moving forward there will not be a event like this to happen again.

Just because someone isn't popular on a forum means nothing. Since, we're here providing proof.. I'd like to say that yes, I was very upset at the situation overall. The one who was sleepy was actually him. I had just woken up as he was ready for bed. He didn't even read my forum in the first place which was kind of irritating and I tried explaining everything to him once more. He never gave me a chance to really work on anything as I only had been there for a few days. I worked on the discord a bit here and there but following that I have been sick.
Here is him telling me to go find love and that clearly I need "love".
What I said here was very explanatory and what anyone would say/do. We were all getting to be close friends so of course, I expressed myself. At he time three managers were a lot and John and I would have been a wonderful team. A staff manager deals with hiring, firing, documents, etc. We all know what a staff manager is. The type of work Alex was doing was different than mine of course, everyone can do different things. However, Alex still needed to be in the server for at least a week before he learned anything himself about what was going on.
Prior to him "placing me elsewhere" he was asking me to interview someone. Stated here and check the time stamps.
Directly after that he told me that i was going to be moved elsewhere on the team.
Here is him asking for money, which the staff team is fully willing to however, the paypal was sent through family/friends but he used it for a business transaction. Which is technically not allowed through payapl.
Heres the proof of him stating I was demoted/resigned and they should block me. However, I resigned first before I even had the chance to be "demoted." Then, the entire staff team added me.
So through this time, everyone was starting to get suspicious so they added me of course. Everyone told me they were scared to be demoted next and that's pretty much what happened to some. I never did a single thing wrong, nor did I have a chance too if I wanted to.
That being said, people who have things added to there forums vs people like me who are small make no difference. I can still have the same experience. You should never judge a book by its cover. This staff team is truly amazing and deserved way better! The evidence provided by AsoOrbs is believable as when he talked to me over the phone he seemed very nice. I stated that I wanted somewhere permanent and friendly. I didn't wanna work with a lot of other managers besides one or two and he respected that. I met John and we connected and we were waiting to further work more. Overall, he told me to not bash his threads but people have a right to know. I feel, this is not bashing but instead, stating the truth of what has actually happened.
Furthermore, here is him bashing us about his server being better than hours multiple times.
He goes in between of passive-aggressive, friendly and professional, to passive-aggressive. The way I look at with the server issues and OVH.... if we were to use other peoples things the server would not be kick off at all. It'd be a copy, no one likes copies. Furthermore, I stated we are not using his things. The server we launched was primarily a test server to get things going. We just started it for the first day and he was telling us it was all old thing, used, and not ours. The server we launched was not to the public, it was a previous server the owner had owned before hand.
Never, judge someone for what they do in a single day. As a server owner myself, and a manager for projects its always good to be confident about the people you hire. NEVER, hire someone unless you know they're gonna stay or be a good fit. Being sleep deprived is an excuse to back yourself up of your mistake. Mistakes happen and they're made. Only thing we can do is learn from them. That being said, I have tried to remain professional and patient with him as I will continue to do so for future references.
