Hello all and the Community,
My name is Adam & I'm 19 years old and currently living Australia (AETZ). Anyway, to the point of who I am as a person. I'm a very chill guy that doesn't talk as much since, I am kinda shy but, I will eventually open up and You will see me talk more then often but not to the point of talking to much. I've been playing Minecraft roughly for 5-6 years and have had breaks between to give myself time to manage the real life world.
I/Myself am a very mature person that talks in the adult hood and doesn't like to be joked around. Yes, People like to have fun at times but, when it gets to far, it gets to silly and very immature. I talk more responsively and act more professional on the job or when given a task.
I'm currently studying a Diploma of Networking/Security so, I'm learning Microsoft windows R2 2012 to run servers of a virtual machines and working with hardware that is either firewalls, switches, KVM's, Routers & so forth. I've just finished my first term of this so, I'm still kinda new to the job but, I understand majority of the stuff to be able to run my personal network and run it as a cloud based network. I go 4 days a week but, ny time schedule if flexible.

Already own a large playerbase?
- Running Xenforo
- 100+ Playerbase
starting up a new upcoming server
- Running Xenforo.
- Great server name.
- Invested a lot of money.
- Owners knowing how to setup a server correctly.

Firstly, this is a non-paid position & am doing this to gain a higher reputation and have more experience on my back that I can take to another server.

Experience within Minecraft
FrostyFactions 200-250 Players: I was a chat-mod back in 2014 when the server peaked as 200+ players each day then, A month or two went by and got promoted to Moderator. I was active every day after school and did my duties as a staff member. I was also the builder for FrostyFactions to save spending money on builds that can go towards YouYubers and advertisements. I then got demoted for inactivity when the server when downhill and averaged about 20 players online.
VaporPrison 150-200 Players: While being staff on Frosty, My mate at the time was the Staff Manager and the server peaked at 150-200 players every day and this was when Gathard owner of Vapor at the time. I asked FinestFrost if I'm able to join the staff team and later that day, I got accepted into the team as a Helper. Following weeks go by and got promoted to Moderator and was Mod for at least couple of months. I then resigned from my position due to the server going down and was no longer up till Callum & the 2nd owner could afford bring it back up. That being said, I was an Architecture that built for Vapor.
ViperMC 300-600 Players: Early this year, I got accepted as a Trial-Mod (3/03/2017) & couple of weeks ago, got promoted to Moderator (12/03/2017). I'm currently still staff on Viper till this day and not sure what's happening in the future for what is to come. I'm looking for another position in my area but, Viper isn't willing to take me on as a Community manager. I've been told numerous times to be promoted to Mod+ or even Admin for the server. I dedicate my full time on the server. I never once have missed a day off viper since 3/03/2017 as Trial-Mod. I've been promoted to Mod+ on 9/04/2017.
MineVerse 600 Players: I was the Build Team Manager and was in charge of dealing with map requests and managing the build team. This doesn't sound like a staff position as much but, I had duties like a staff manager that included, Promotions/Demotions & accepting or deny incoming applications. Now, I'm not with Mineverse anymore and have given my position up. I sometimes help out with builds but, hardly ever now since, I don't communicate with the Owners.
Mineplex 1000+ Players: I got recruited into the build team and did my job as a builder and produce builds for the server. Two weeks later, Cigams was looking for some people to help out with Builder Applications. I got accepted and I then had my job of denying builder applications and If we see a builder application that was good, We would put it onto a Excel Spread sheet for the Leader to look at and recruit. I resigned from my position and left Mineplex.
TheByte-Network 150 Players: I was an Admin/Build Manager. Same role with Mineverse. "I was the Build Team Manager and was in charge of dealing with map requests and managing the build team". I also organised events for the community and the build team as well. We had couple of members from blockworks and other big build teams to commence in this tournament that I had ready to go when server was release and settled down.
LuxorMC 400 Players: I started as a helper on April 29th and, the launch was great with 600-700 player on SOTW. I did my job as a helper with great success and managed to avoid all the strikes I can possibly think off. When it was 6th of May, I got promoted to Moderator and still continued my duties. Around Map 4 on 20th of May, Another promotion to Moderator+ and this time, I dealt with ban appeals/Player reports/website fixing. At map 5, We didn't have a staff meeting but, I got told via the Owner that I'll be getting admin early since, I was the only one that sticked around with the owners and the higher up staff members due to my activity and the enjoyment I had. Since from the 9th, Luxor stopped and merged with FaithfulMC that is ran by KillaMC & still carrying my admin duties across which can be explained under FaithfulMC.
FaithfulMC 400 Players: So, when Luxor merged with Faithfulmc, I continued to have my rank as admin and still did my duties as my staff role. I was with FMC for some time till months went down the track and didn’t need to be here anymore and start working on Miniga.me. I resigned and work for Miniga.me as a manager.
Xenarch 20 players: I was the System-Admin for the network that dealt with server side issue and fixed plugins & configure them and upload via the FTP. The server wasn't much a success but, I learnt new things from the network and gained more experience than what I had before I was the System-Admin.
The-Ingot 100-200 Players: I started as a Trainee on Oct 1, 2017 and, My duties as a trainee was to moderator chat only and keeping the clean. Week later comes by and, I get promoted to Helper. I still hold my old duties as a Trainee to a Helper. These days, the server doesn't gain much players but, Was known to be owned by Vice.
