Hey McM! This is my first post on but I heard it is a good place to recruit, so here is the deal!
I am the Project Manager for a server that released yesterday, the launch was a massive success! We had over 150 concurrent players on our two gamemodes and have had a lot of positive feedback. We do however have quite a few bugs and things that still need to be implemented. We are trying to stick to a regular release schedule, but just dont have enough people knowledgeable in configuring Minecraft servers. We have a team of roughly 15 people working on a few projects, but most are artists, builders, and other similar positions. For right now this is a volunteer resume building process, we are an LLC registered in the US and would be more than happy to act as a contact for any sort of reference. Payment is possible down the line but as of right now we are just trying to recoup the hosting and other monthly payment costs.
Requirements:
At least 1 - 2 years configuring Minecraft Servers (spigot development would also be awesome but in no way required)
At least 16 years old
Professional when needed
Be able to sign an NDA and non-compete
