Configurations of a few plugins

Hi, I am opening an new server and need some plugins configured:
1. Essentials (Messages and overall settings, new players spawn in a custom spot)
2. Vault (economy setup with essentials)
3. ChatControl (Chat formatted, restrictions setup)
4. Tablist
5. Featherboard
6. WorldGuard (3-4 regions)
7. Pex (4-5 groups)
8. Holograms (5-6 holograms)

I can pay with a debit card on something such as Selfy or Rocketr, or with Venmo. I cannot and will not use paypal, please keep this in mind when contacting me.

Why won't you use PayPal?

Mc-Market kinda runs on PayPal. I recommend using someone on mcm to transfer your currency.
