Configure my SMP Server (1.17.1) (GET PAID)

I basically am looking for an individual to pay to make my SMP server 100% Flawless. I am looking for someone to simply go through every single plugin make sure everything is 100% Perfect.

TO-DO LIST

- Make sure the shop is very balanced our server has 40% more ores so keep that in mind and more emeralds than typical vanilla I want my eco to be Mining, Fishing, SPawners
- Add about 25 more ranks to /rankup currently we have 50 I want to redo it completely and make it way better I will mention more when you add me!
- With the ranks there are currently 1-50 and currently each rankup will give like gold or iron or diamonds or /hat command or level 50 gives /fly But i want to redo it more and add more unique things like Safari Nets, extra /sethomes ability to set player warps, Energy crystals and so much more
- Edit jobs and add a jobs shop that isn't nearly as op as normal ones are make it really hard to buy items in the jobs shop

- Make minor changes on anything you see would benefit the server without changing them color scheme a ton
