You should probably leave more details about your team. If I was a prospective web dev looking to join a team, I'd rather not have to join a discord server just to figure out what you offer to freelancers besides clients. Anyone can get clients if they try hard enough.
Your website isn't very responsive either and by the looks of it, a template. Nothing wrong with it being a template but you should really fix the issues for the smaller screens.
