Conquest plugin needs developer

I am looking for a developer to make a custom conquest plugin for my factions server. My budget for this kind of plugin is 30$. I need this done before the 9th of March. In the conquest plugin, I want 5 categories for challenges. Mining, pvp, grinding, distance, and time spent on the server. I would also like to have progressed so say a player has mined 10/200 stone it will say 10/200 stone. Also when they have completed the quest the quest becomes blank and they cannot reselect it.
