Considering sale of Exclusive private invite Established Hermitcraft server!

Hii all, i've been getting overwhelmed with life recently and the project i've started has really begun to take off,
I'd be willing to consider selling a Private/whitelist Hermitcraft fan experience server it's around 2/3 weeks old, so a very new server
- nearing 300 discord members, a custom join-ip, a well priced host, a patreon page for server supporters, an established very dedicated community, essentially vanilla, community run/lead so it runs and maintains itself which is amazing, a few useful admi/core plugins to protect the server from greif etc - which would be very hard to do considering it's a private/exclusive server,
30-40+ players at peak (40 player cap but supporter's can join over the cap) (always 20+ active)
- This server has a huge advertising potential & profit potential, we currently have ~50 applications backlogged from players wishing to join the server (and we only generally accept a select few at a time)
- completely unsaturated profit wise as only donation ranks start at £3/month and it's already taking £150+ a month recurring,
