Constellation MC Staff Recruitment Hi there, I am the Owner Constellation MC, a Survival/KitPVP server that is early in development, and needs recruitment assistance to speed up the process of development, and we want to train some moderation for release. Warning: these positions are voluntary Open positions: Developer: 0/2 Admin: 0/1 Moderator 0/2 Requirements:
Developer: Must be at least 14 years old Must have previous experience as a staff position on a server Must know how to develop plugins, and/or sufficient with configuring plugins must be mature and respectful
Admin: Must be at least 14 years old. Must be familiar with how plugins work. Must have experience as a staff member. Must be good with player management, and must be good with high stress situations- involving players.
Moderator Must be at least 13 years old Must have experience or have done research on how to be a good mod must know how to enforce rules, and must know how to find cheaters must have professional grammar (for ban appeals)
