No, it would cost around 100-200

Oh I thought you were talking about all terraforming, I mean if you want 100% building on 2kby2k, even by a build team with 20 members, it would take months and cost $1000+. But for 2kby2k with multiple towns/villages, you would need to contact me on skype or PM for a price, but it would cost $250+
