Would you be more inclined to purchase from a business if that business advocated for an environmentally friendly future?

Would you be more inclined to purchase from an individual, business or service team if one of their main mottos was planting trees with every order?

How much does customer service affect your choice of returning to a business?

What main factor determines whether you return to a business?

How important is the outlook of a logo of a business to your decision of purchasing from that said business?

Are you more inclined to return to a business if you are given a discount for your next order? (Such as 5%, 10%, 15%)

How much does price affect your desire to purchase from a business?

Has COVID-19 affected your desire to spend at businesses?

  1. Yes
  2. Yes
  3. Customer service is important, if I feel like the person I am talking to doesn't understand what they are talking about or just generally unprofessional not gonna trust them with my order again.
  4. Price, Quality, best value for my buck = i return
  5. If a logo is trash then I assume everything else is. A logo represents you if you give a cheap unprofessional look that is what people assume. (Best logos are just clean ones, people go over the top too much)
  6. Yes, because monkey likes cheaper bananas
  7. Heavily however quality is also important. But if you are talking small quality difference but >$100 price difference I go cheaper.
  8. Depends on the item for people if its a luxury good that they don't really need then less likely to buy. If it solves a problem or helps out or is essential to everyday life then not much.

very much
What main factor determines whether you return to a business?
Eco-friendly, charity, vouches, rep
How important is the outlook of a logo of a business to your decision of purchasing from that said business?
around 50%, if they don't have a logo, I'm gonna say nope
Are you more inclined to return to a business if you are given a discount for your next order? (Such as 5%, 10%, 15%)
yes PLEASE
How much does price affect your desire to purchase from a business?

Has COVID-19 affected your desire to spend at businesses?
Yes. ALOT

1. Yes
2. Yes
3. a lot
4. Quality of product, speed, good communication, good customer-service, etc.
5. It isn't a deciding factor, but it gives some insight. If the logo is poorly made, then I will have some doubt about letting them handle my commission.
6. Most likely, I will be more inclined to order again if the quality was great, or it was delivered very quickly etc. But a discount is always nice :).
7. Depends on the quality, if it is a really good product, then I will be more likely to spend a bit more, and the other way around too.
8. Quite a bit, I 've been spending a lot more time inside on the computer and I have been coming into contact with people on discord and other platforms. I would be more likely to purchase a logo for example now then let's say 2 years ago.

Would you be more inclined to purchase from a business if that business advocated for an environmentally friendly future?
No.

Would you be more inclined to purchase from an individual, business or service team if one of their main mottos was planting trees with every order?
It would be a nice thing to happen and more should do it however it isn't going to influence if I do or do not go with that particular person.

How much does customer service affect your choice of returning to a business?
Greatly, if I have a bad experience with support after a purchase or cannot get support for an issue with the product(s), I will look for another business to handle my needs.

What main factor determines whether you return to a business?
The quality of the finished product. The secondary factors would be the after-purchase support and the way I was treated when I was attempting to commission the team or product.

How important is the outlook of a logo of a business to your decision of purchasing from that said business?
The look of the business affects how I look at it, if they have very low quality or stock graphics, I will be less inclined to use them, as that is how I believe the product could turn out (low quality), and it makes me wonder if they can't put effort into getting HQ graphics for their businesses online presence, why should I think they can put effort into my commission.

Are you more inclined to return to a business if you are given a discount for your next order? (Such as 5%, 10%, 15%)
That is a good thing to have and will make me more inclined to return to the business, however if my experience was bad with them, the discount will not persuade me to return as a customer.

How much does price affect your desire to purchase from a business?
This is one of my main factors, if the price is too high to what others are charging I will look for a different team or business to do it.

Has COVID-19 affected your desire to spend at businesses?
COVID-19 has stopped me using businesses that are no longer essential to me (ex. bus travel, mobile phone data, etc) however things that I did not use as often I am using much more now due to COVID-19 (ex. just eat, amazon, spotify premium).

COVID-19 did not stop people purchasing things, it just shifted their priorities.

If you are talking about MC-Market businesses & service teams, I have not commissoned one in quite a long time so COVID-19 did not affect this. However, I believe their sales would have increased with there being more people online more often as they have been stuck at home for quite some time.

Hope this helps, Emissions.

Would you be more inclined to purchase from a business if that business advocated for an environmentally friendly future?
Somewhat, I mean I defiantly would hesitate to purchase from a company whose environmental practices I disagree with but at the same time, I'm not going to buy an organic product if the ingredients are only slightly better.
Would you be more inclined to purchase from an individual, business or service team if one of their main mottos was planting trees with every order?
Not really, although I do generally prefer companies with good environmental practices.
How much does customer service affect your choice of returning to a business?
Very much so, though I don't care how good your service is if the final product is crap.
What is the main factor that determines whether you return to a business?
Reputation, speed and product quality
How important is the outlook of a logo of a business to your decision of purchasing from that said business?
I don't care about the logo unless it's a graphic design business or something along those lines.
Are you more inclined to return to a business if you are given a discount for your next order? (Such as 5%, 10%, 15%)
Very much so
How much does price affect your desire to purchase from a business?
Depends on the value of the said product. If the value is low and the price is high, then I won't buy. However, if it's the opposite case, then definitely.
Has COVID-19 affected your desire to spend at businesses?
Very much so
