Oh I have a way to do that.

Ajdin add a custom user field:

ID: youtube
Title: YouTube Channel
Description: (whatever)

and then add this:
<br />
<br />
<xen:if is="{$message.customFields.youtube}">
<div class="g-ytsubscribe" data-channelid="{$message.customFields.youtube}" data-layout="full" data-count="default"></div>
</xen:if>

into the message template. (If you want it under message, kinda like in the signature but not quite.)

Or you can add it into the message_user_info template so it goes under the user info on the side next to the message.
