How much I will charge will be based on the size and the complexity of the build. Custom landscaping will be of extra charge aside from the build (again depending on the size and the complexity it has).

That would actually make sense. The builds look too detailed and smooth to be WorldEdited in or Hand Built.

However, that does not matter. All that matters is the build in the end. Many good build teams use tools, but not everyone has the talent to use the correctly and create amazing things with them.

I do use Zbrush to make my organics yes. That is because I got tired of doing them by hand using wireframing techniques.

For example, if you were to make terrain, would you like to build a 1000x1000 world with just your hands as far as terraforming is concerned? I highly doubt anyone would want to do that by hand. It wouldn't make sense. Most people would use VoxelSniper and WorldPainter to make large terrain. So in retrospect to Zbrush, I use it as a means of being efficient with my organics. And if the build comes out looking the way it needs to, then I see no harm in it. Although some people would view it as "cheating" I see it as improvising with what works for me. Zbrush took me quite sometime to learn it.
