Are you a growing content creator looking for your own server for your community to call home? This might be for you!

We are looking for a long-term Content Creator to take an ownership-level role in growing and branding the server.
This is not a standard staff position — this is a performance-based partnership tied directly to growth and revenue.

🛠 Responsibilities

• Create and publish content on agreed platforms (YouTube / TikTok / Shorts / etc.)
• Develop and strengthen the server’s public brand
• Drive player acquisition and audience growth
• Collaborate on marketing and expansion strategy
• Track analytics and optimize content performance

Ownership & Compensation

• Revenue share / equity percentage: To be discussed as a team.
• Payout structure: Monthly
• Long-term growth participation

Expectations

• Minimum content output: To be discussed as a team.
• Consistent posting schedule
• Clear communication with leadership
• Willingness to iterate based on data
