[Contest Prizes] - What should i do?

I need ideas, and the best ones usually come from people who get stuff from it. So, what is a good prize? (affordable as well)

A good prize could be an Optifine cape. Or if your server is really fun then you could offer a free donator rank. Donate lets say $10 on any server for them if they win a contest. Think of something creative that can have players want to participate into the contest.
