Contests not working

Does anyone know why I can't create a contest ?
It say's this page can't be found when going to create one.
If you wouldn't mind trying it out to see if it's just me or everyone, it would be appreciated.

Maybe you need to reach a specific amount of messages / reactions before you receive the permission to post there.
