Non Disclosure Agreement
We have contract plugins. Meaning we pay you to fulfill the request. We are entitled to full ownership and confidentiality of Development. Meaning We are the sole owners of the plugin, and you are not allowed to use the scripts for any other purpose. We pay you for the plugin, and will only pay if there are little to no bugs that will jeopardize the integrity of our server. You are not allowed to share, sell, or re-purpose the plugin portfolios, scripts, or final products. We reserve the right to terminate business, and file legal action against offenders. If applicable, we can negotiate partial ownership of a plugin, and its files, for a price reduction, Meaning you heavily discount the plugin, but we will let you share, sell, or re-purpose the plugin.
