Hello,

I am fairly certain I could write you this plugin in roughly two days (1 day for getting the generic game down, 1 day for perfecting it), however, I am not too familiar with the game you want to create. As a result, you would either need to provide me with a wiki page explaining the game or be involved for about five~ hours the first day while I sort out everything that needs to be done.

I will say, with 99% confidence, that I could have this plugin written in about 2 days for $50

Depends on how many custom enchant's you want. For eg if you want 50 custom enchants that would be around 280$ and mind me that's just custom enchants. Also please add more detail to the post, as you want get an exact price if you don't tell us the exact details. We are developers not mind readers
