Convert 1.8 pvp - > 1.7 pvp

I am almost positive this is not possible, but here is my request if it is:

Hello, mc-market my goal is to turn 1.8 pvp back into the original 1.7 PVP without having to use a 1.7 jar. So please make sure you know the differences between 1.8 pvp & 1.7 pvp including but not limited too, Knockback distance, pvp hitboxes, block hitting, etc. If this is possible please feel free to pm me on how much this roughly would cost.

Note: I still highly doubt this is even possible, but please feel free to pm me or reply on here.
Budget: Not sure due to again I do not know if this is possible.

There is Some plugin called protocol support i think and that allows clients to join in 1.7.10 and 1.9 if Your jar is 1.8.
