Convert PaySafeCard to PayPal

Does anyone know a way to convert PaySafeCard to paypal? Since a lot of people pay whit psc in my country, when they buy a rank they use PaySafeCard and I want to use that money for the host, which I pay whit PayPal.
NOTE: In my country the Mastercard is unavailable
