Converting a 1.15.2 map to 1.12.2

Hey there! I'm looking for someone to convert a 1.15.2 map to 1.12.2 for me.

Note: I'm talking about converting the chunks, not just changing the blocks. 1.15.2 and 1.12.2 have a lot of difference between how chunks are saved and therefore you can't load 1.15.2 worlds or schematics on a 1.12.2 server.

I know there are a lot of changes between 1.12 and 1.15 chunk saving, but I know there is a tool out there to convert it.
I just don't know how to do it.

I'm looking for the 1.15.2 blocks to be replaced with similar 1.12.2 blocks.

Can't you just use world edit and replace all the 1.15 blocks with the blocks you desire from 1.12.2?

Yes, but then the chunks are still saved in the 1.15 way and can't be loaded on a 1.12.2 server. It crashes.

Unfortunately this also doesn't work because 1.12 can't load 1.13+ schematics.

For the people reading this and wondering how to do it:
Host a 1.15.2 (or 1.16 or whatever the map version is) server, install viaversion, viabackwards (and viarewind if you want to convert a map to 1.8 or 1.7), join the server with a client of the version you want to convert the map to that has a worlddownloader like LiteMod and download the world.

Don't know how I didn't think of that x)
