Hey! So as many people may know recently I've been working on converting.to, a file conversion website, and yesterday the PNG -> JPG scripts were made, and therefore I uploaded the current site onto a VPS.

Please suggest any formats you'd like to see on the site. Furthermore, feel free to criticize the design and give me tips to improve it.

NOTE: If the buttons do not work for you, that simply means the domain hasn't been propagated yet. If you could disregard that if it doesn't work for you & simply comment on the site's design or formats you'd love to see implemented I'd appreciate it.

I enjoy the way this site looks! It's clean, and to the point, which is exactly what you want. The layout is great, upon visiting the site it's clear what it's about and how it works. Most file converters out there either look outdated or have spam all over the place, so I definitely think this is an upgrade! ;)

Just a few minor comments on the development. I would strongly suggest to use SVG images for your icons instead of a PNG format, because the current icons get pixelated on high resolution displays. Also make sure the "Upload File" button has a cursor hover state, so people know it's clickable. Would be great if you could drag and drop your files onto the site as well.

As for file conversion, I would love to see MP4 -> GIF happening, but that can be just me.

Hope this helps! :)

.HEIC to .PNG or .JPG would be nice

Will request a script to be made for you, thank you!

I firstly would like to say I appreciate the positive comments. Furthermore, SVG images will be used on the next update - completely forgot about switching them out when the front-end was completed and this was a lovely reminder. Will also add a cursor hover state & try implementing a drag and drop feature.

Thank you <3

Did you make this?

If so you did good.[DOUBLEPOST=1636898684][/DOUBLEPOST]Maybe add a title in the title section

Converting.to - Free File Convertor

Nono, I could never lmao. I hired a front-end developer to make the general design - believe it was Nevit and then later hired a back-end developer from candor services to do the file conversion part.

But a lovely suggestion, will definitely include it with a release of one of the other features. Thank you.

I will say there is a lack of actual good sights that turn mp4 or any normal video format into WebM for streamers, it’s a big topic for them still. So if you chucked up some ads on your site and offered that it would help a lot of them out.

So you'd like x -> WebM conversions available on the site?
