converting.to - Hiring Web Developer! (EJS, JS, CSS, HTML, and NodeJS)

Hey! So this thread will be explained a bit more than any other thread where I am requesting a service to be complete so I apologise to those who do not enjoy long threads, though, I believe this is highly important for starting out the relationship between myself and a long-term developer for converting.to.

Introduction
Converting.to is a project I started out a few months ago and it strives to be the top converting tool - not only for files but also for currency and crypto in the future. The roadmap for this project is by no means public, but if you're intrigued in learning more and are able to sign an NDA then under the right circumstances, I'd be more than happy to share some of our future plans and possibly even accept recommendations from someone outside the project to help with our bias. At no moment in time do we plan to charge users for converting their files as in my eyes that seems a bit ridiculous.

What is needed?
We are requesting a web developer who has a lot of spare time. If you cannot dedicate yourself fully to this project, please do not apply as it'll only waste time on both parties. As compensation, you will, of course, be paid along with extra benefits to make working with us more enjoyable.

Requirements;

• Must know HTML, CSS, EJS, JS, NodeJS, and node modules such as Jimp & Babel.
• Must have a minimum of 5 hours a week to dedicate to converting.to.
• Must be able to communicate via Discord, messages, or any social media on a daily basis.
• Must be able to sign an NDA or ensure no project files or end-user information will be leaked.
• Must be fluent in English as communication is essential.
• Must be willing to learn and adapt.
• Cannot be working with any competitors or have intentions of starting competition.
• Should be able to have screen recording software (Is a must if you're looking to be paid by the hour).
• Should have a public portfolio.

Benefits;
The benefits being offered are split into two categories. One being instant benefits after signing and the other being benefits that will be given after a period of working with us for over a month. This essentially sets your position in stone and you will be trusted with a fully planned out roadmap, possibly giving you time to learn up on some of our features.

Instant

• Ability to choose between hourly payments or payment per commission.
• Flexible hours. I.e; if you're busier on Monday, you can simply switch the hours around and do 2 hours on Tuesday instead of 1.
• Ability to choose equity overpayment (No more than 10% will be given to the developer).
• Guaranteed feedback is given on your resume. We will not lie and will give our honest opinions about how you worked.

After a month

• You'll be given discord nitro on a monthly as a generous gift.
• You'll be given 15$ credit for any meal on a weekly basis.
• You'll receive a role on our discord which will show your position to our consumers.
• Access to the main server to instantly update our system.
