There’s a difference between COO, investor and Business Partner. No one will want to work under your command if you don’t provide pay nor effort to even make a proper thread.

This just seems a bit rushed, please take your time to consider exactly what you want, what you expect from the user, what their benefits are, maybe a portfolio and come back with a professional thread to be taken serious. Creating a business isn't a joke unfortunately.
