You can use it like a Hub/waiting room/Lobby or what ever you want :rofl:
The spawn is about 50x50 so I recommend it for small server ( it's your choice ! )
You have some place to custumize it, i've put 4area for potential portail,you can use corner too and one area for rules with some rules board
