Hi, my name is Cool Panda. I love helping and working with servers. I am 17 years old. I wish to get a Moderator role in a 15-20 player base server or Admin/Manager in anything lower. I prefer to work with skyblock, none op prison, factions, survival servers.
I am always willing to learn new skills or take on challenges. I can be professional when needed to.

My Skills
I can manage staff (normally over text)
I can manage Staff Applications (I know who to deny, accepted, or get a second opinion)
I can Promote or Demote Staff in a professional way.
I can see how staff are doing and see if they should get promoted or demoted.
I am able to train staff (normally would just show basics so they can get on with their job).
I am able to manage the community (forums/discord) (I can be active on the servers forum site and manage it on multiple sections and be active and manage discord).
I love to interact with Players, see the things they build (survival/skyblock because cant just tp to a faction base) Also like chatting with them in-game chat and discord chat.
I can make a detailed post about Updates that the server has on forums or discord to keep the players up to date.
I can assist users with answers to their questions or suggestions etc.
I can setup buycrafts

Role of Moderator for 15-20 PB anything lower must be manager/admin
Already Released (15-20+ player base)
