CoolGame network: Looking for builders do build spawns

Hi there, I am the manager of a developing server named CoolGame network, and we are looking for some builders to make a few spawns around our server network!

Budget: No specific budget, using your budget

Disclaimer: We require for you to build it on our server in-game, and you will not get file access to make sure you don't paste in a schematic, and to make sure its unique and custom. (You will be given FAWE and creative to build it)

Requested Builds And Its Requirements;

#1: Factions Spawn
size: 80 x 80
Theme: Subtle light red theme
Features wanted:
- On-ground spawn (not a floating spawn)
- A place for crates
- A place to display staff (as npcs)
- 3 x 3 spawn location
A place to display top donors (as npcs)
- many places for holograms
- 10 - 15 block down drop into the wilderness
- blended in with the environment

#2: Skyblock Spawn
Size: 80 x 80
Theme: subtle light blue or teal theme
Features wanted:
- Floating Spawn
- A place for crates
- 3-4 portals
- a place for guiding NPCS
- A place to display staff (as npcs)
- 3 x 3 spawn location
A place to display top donors (as npcs)
- many places for holograms

#3: Murder Mystery
- Size: 50 x 50
Theme: very subtle yellow theme
Features:
- Floating
- A lobby like structure
- parkour
- 3 places for npcs (IE: Think like hypixel, where they can change what type of murder mystery they are playing)
