Cosmic cannoning

I would appreciate it if someone could compile a cosmic cannoning plugin. This would be for a personal private test server. I need it to be as realistic as the cosmic cannon plannet. I would also like to add a few extra items in such as entity readers and triangle entity markers.

Ix don't expect it to be free. Budget just message me and give me a quote and I'll see how reasonable it is. Btw I don't want the entity readings or triangle entity readings anymore.
