Hi i am looking for a envoy plugin just like cosmicpvp which has a minecraft database inside the plugin so i wont have to add any items things would just randomly spawn and if i want to add a custom item i would have to do /envoy add {chance} then it adds the item in my hand

Wouldn't it be easier to have the items saved to a config? or do you really need it hooked up to a database? what kind of database?
