If you don't want your ideas stolen, I recommend removing the link to your idea from your thread till you find a reliable developer to complete the project for you. I would recommend Inkzzz but I'm sure he's occupied with fadecloud.

I realize but the last couple times the developers were trying to just get money out of me. Saying things were super hard and it would cost at least $200+..

Good development work costs money. Coding is their job. Generally I wouldn't say it would be fair to quantify how much a plugin would cost when you can't program yourself.

With that being said, PM me if you want this done to a good quality

I'll PM you the details now. But the fact they are asking $200 for a custom GUI kit overlay with a few potion effects as perks for the kit is extreme.
