CosmicPVP Style GKit Plugin (PAYING MONEY)

For those of you who don't play cosmicPVP or my server KovoraMC.com, we both have a custom enchant plugin with multiple tier enchants. My server has four enchant tiers, simple, unique, ultimate, and legendary. The idea of "GKits" is there is a command /gkit that opens a menu with different that you can click and it gives you a "gkit". These Gkits have different custom enchants on them, that are programmable through config. The best part of Gkits is it gives different tier enchants and levels each time. So what I would want is to be able to go into config, and for each kit set the enchants and levels obtainable for each piece of gear, and also give odds to get each enchant or level. I hope this explanation made sense, as I know that's important. Just use RandomPackage plugin. Has cosmic enchants and gkits.

That plugin is very broken.
