CosmicPvp's Filter Toggle Plugin

Hey, I was wondering if anyone can make a similar Filter Toggle plugin that CosmicPvp is currently using for the Item Filter. This plugin basically allows players to choose what items they can pick up after they kill someone for example when you kill someone they die with a lot of pots with item filter on it will only pick up the armor and weapons. I want this plugin to have a GUI just like CosmicPvp's and also with commands such as: /Ft, /Ft Edit, /Ft Toggle, /Filter Toggle, and also /Filter Edit.

I currently use a plugin for my Filter toggle it just does not bypass the Protocolib Plugin because protocol uses a /Filter in the plugin, if you can make a plugin that can bypass this or that you can make it say /ft rather than /filter please dm me!

I can remove the filter command from the plugin.yml of protocollib if you want me to for free. Just DM me.
