I am paying $150+ for some configuration and more!

For a "very good" server list icon. You are looking around $10 - 20. So thats most of your budget gone already.

Just because it has "Cosmic" in the name? You own a server named "COSMIC"Skies, are you also copying CosmicPvP? No hate, but I'm just wondering what you're trying to get at if your server name also includes the word.
