Could anyone help me solve this

A customer of mine payed me 30USD then i refunded him asking him to send it to another email and then it showed on his account that he got the refund but it didnt got to him anyone knows how to solve this

Did you cancel the payment, or send it back to him once you received the money

Honey when you refund someone on PayPal, whatever amount of money that they sent you regardless of the funding source (credit/debit/gift card, bank or PayPal Balance) it WILL show up INSTANTLY on their PayPal balance. This person is 110% trying to scam you and is lying to you about the money NOT showing up.

Was about to say that... Ask them to show you their payment history

He said he contacted paypal and he showed me his payment history and paypal said he will have it tommrow so im just gonna wait until tomrow and see what happens
