Could Anyone Identify This Plugin?

Hey!
Need to know this plugin for a project. So on Old Kohi whenever you entered a KOTH/Any other event. their actual IGN Would be replaced with "enemy" above their head. I cannot find this plugin anywhere and would love to know if anyone knows this plugin, and could link me to it.

Thats a different plugin, and also was not resolved haha.
