Could somebody tell me why I can't post stuff?

Is there something like "you must comment 30 things before you can make threads" or something? Cause I can't make any threads anywhere but in some certain places.

you cannot post links until you have 3 messages, this was to stop spambots.

Apart from that, the Minecraft Accounts and Loans&Investments sections have undefined thresholds, meant for users that have been here a while and also fullfill other requirements.
The Accounts section in misc marketplace is moderated to prevent people trying to sell minecraft accounts there.
