Could you please update plugin for me?

Hello, so i have this plugin InsanityRun installed on my server, but its for 1.11 and it throws many errors in the console, and works mostly, sometimes the diamond block doesnt make you jump or the checkpoint doesnt work etc... I wonder, if that is even possible, if you could update this plugin to 1.13.2 or make your own very similar plugin. Also i am new to this market, so how much $ would you want for that? btw i will be active after 2 weeks from now
