Coupon website

Hello,
I am looking for someone to develop me a site, i know what i want but my mind has gone blank.
I will try to explain what I mean:

I am looking for a site where I can display coupon codes and offers on one page, display ways of making money on another page.
These pages will just be continuous, like in the way tumblr works in date descending order (recent at top, older further down).
I will need appropriate areas to place my google ads as this will be the way i will be monetising this.

An appropriate layout is important, if you look at this site:
https://www.retailmenot.com/view/ebay.com
(I just used ebay as an example, not really relevant what the company is)

You can see how the offers are listed in boxes, if i could have something like that - it would be great.
If you also look to the left and see the filters, I would like filters for my offers too.

Don't want to get into too much right now but if anyone can let me know if they can do this and if so, if they have a clear schedule along with estimated pricing etc so we can talk more.

Just asking why you thought it was so Funny? Both omarhachach and Tofty Can proove that it's good for alot of things.

Wordpress is mostly a blog. Sure you can use a blog in this instance. It's not necessarily the wrong tool but not the best either. For example could use a hammer to hammer a screw into a wall, it'll work. It would be better to use something more specialized, like a screw driver to put the screw into a wall. Both work, one is just made for the job.

Harrison he wasn't arguing he was just wanting to know. Teaching people the right way is better than scolding them and expecting them to learn their mistakes.
