I would do this myself as I manage my servers on my own but this is a bit technical so offloading to another person to do it would be helpful
My load averages are low, less than 2.25 always and the server is equipped with 24GB of RAM and a good processor, but I still get slow load times for some of my client's websites. I don't really know what's causing it so if you could try to diagnose it before doing any work, that would be good.
I don't really want to spend too much on this, so name a price and I'll see if it fits.
