CPANEL HELP!!!

Hello so I am in dire need of help with cpanel I try to connect using filezilla but it wont work please can someone help im getting this error :

FileZilla Error :
Status: Connection attempt failed with "ETIMEDOUT - Connection attempt timed out".
Error: Could not connect to server


and then when I use
http://www.t1shopper.com/tools/port-scan/#

I get this error : [ (myip) isn't responding on port 21 (ftp). ]

Please I am in fast need of help thank you!

It looks like either your firewall is blocking port 21 or the ftp server isnt running. PM me for my skype and I will be glad to help.

Make sure the FTP server is running and listening on port 21:
netstat -tulpn | grep :21

If not then check the ftp logs or make sure it's running in the cPanel services. If yes then it's a firewall problem.

Restart cpanel ftp service?
