I want to buy a Dedicated server from SoYouStart for Minecraft.
What is the better CPU out of these 2 ?

1. E3-1231 v3 (SSD)
2. E3-1245 v2 (HDD, SSD is out of stock)

The server needs to run 4-6 servers with 24 slots.

E3-1231 v3 is a bit better. But difference is not that big.

Newer , and SSD is better for loading worlds and such if its a necessity.

The v3 of course but I highly doubt you will see any performance difference.

Go with the E3-1231v3. As mentioned above it's single threaded performance is better, aswell as it using SSD storage. You'll notice a good difference.
