CPU Temperature

Hello,

Is this normal ?
The CPU is Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790K CPU @ 4.00GHz

I'm only hosting 1 server on it with 80 or more players daily. (A SkyBlock server)

Here is the "htop" if it matters "http://prntscr.com/kave81"
The TPS is like 19,40 all the time

This is very high. The 4790k's have a tendency to flux but this is way too much. As you can see, critical is 100deg.
