About our Team​

Crafta has been in the works for about 3 weeks now, with me (Toxxic) and a friend working a couple hours a day to get it setup and ready for a great and strong launch. I have been designing the server, developing custom plugins to make it unique, and making sure that nothing is broken before launch. I am now looking for a third, player focused, community manager for Crafta. [My friend will be focusing on the website, WebHosting, and server side management most of the time]. Currently, my friend and I, attend a highly prestigious college rated top 20 in our field, computer science.

About Crafta​

Crafta is being worked on to be a premium Skyblock server. It will be running ASkyBlock. Hopefully the new community manager will be able to add in some great challenges for cool rewards. It has some pretty big features that will make it very fun and a constant level system in both economy and shards. Shards are used to rank up your Amity, which proves how active you are in the community. Amity has been built into DeluxeChat so everyone can see your stats. Shards can also be used to purchase ranks on the server, buy things not available in the shop, and fly! FlyTime allows players to be rewarded with flying permission for [x] amount of time. To gain shards, players must break blocks (which has [x] chance to be rewarded) and will give you a random amount of shards between 1-20. Players will be able to create shops on their island, play in lotteries, and change into disguises. McMMO will also be built into our website, along with the lottery, shard leader board, and balance to show the best players on our server. That is just the beginning to Crafta, and will continue to be worked on and customized to make a great and unique experience.

Requirements:​

-Be at least 14 years old.
-Ability to contribute at least 3-4 hours a day to Crafta.
-Ability to be our third set of eyes, and make a lot of management decisions.
-Ability to manage the staff team.
-Ability to use either Xenforo or bootstrap forums.
-Know and understand ASkyBlock, BuyCraft, Essentials, and PEX.
-Quick learner to commands that are server speicfic to Crafta.
-Create donation ranks and perks with me.
-Have a mic for skype.

Reward:​

The community manager will be getting 10-20% of the profits we make at the end of each month as payment for your services to our server. This will depend on our view of how well you've been doing your job and making sure the server is as fun as possible.

3. Previous Experience: I've moderated, managed, and owned many servers (which no longer exist, unfortunately. I am willing to provide contact of the people that can prove my past positions on these servers). The most recent servers I've worked on are: my own server called "OreVille", but I chose not to open it. Then, I used to Manage a server called "MysticQuest" (mc.mysticquest.me), but I chose not to continue providing my time for the community . Another community named "Shimmerville", but chose not to provide my time anymore due to personal reasons. Overall, my experience has been well as a staff member.

I am twelve years old. Twelve may seem like a young age, but I can manage this position as well as older managers.
3. Previous Experience
I have yet to have experience as a Community Manager yet. I have been an Administrator on a 20-40 player based OP Prison server, as of which I helped design new builds for the build team as well as add new content. You could basically describe it as a Community Manager, but the server had no such rank.

Yes, I will be able to follow the requirements. I follow rules and/or requirements with great respect and handling.

I am in the Eastern Standard Timezone.
6. How are you unique from the rest of the candidates applying for this position?
I am unique from the other candidates applying in a couple of ways.
Firstly, I am Creative and Imaginative. I think of other ideas that other people don't. As some people put it, I think ''outside the box''.
Secondly, I am well experienced in this position. When I mean experience, I don't mean actual being the Community Manager - I mean that I know what I am supposed to do in certain situations. I know how to handle the staff team, the community, and content brought out.
Another reason is my exceptional effort of hard work and commitment. I will try and get on the server or at least be working on the server any chance I get and will always look for ways to improve it. When doing a job or task, I make sure to do it right the first time as quickly but nicely at the same time.
Lastly, my community interacting skills. Most managers have the feeling that they should stay inside of the staff bubble or administrative bubble. I will be posting around the forums, chatting in the in-game chat, and making sure to meet the players of the communication. I will always look toward the community for what they want.

Well, I will make a Pros and Cons list, but firstly - I work for completely free. That's right. Doing this job is something I love and something that I volunteer for, as of which I don't feel like I need to be payed. I may ask for a free rank here and there if I feel I have been working hard, but that may be the only time.
