Craftoria - Team Recruitment (Paid / Unpaid)

I’m currently building a new Minecraft server from the ground up, and I’m now looking to bring in a small, high-quality team to take it to the next level.

To be clear — this is not just an idea anymore. The core setup is already in place, including the panel, infrastructure, and base environment. What I need now are the right people to take ownership of each function and help scale this properly.

I am intentionally selecting one person per core function — this is to ensure accountability, clear ownership, and no overlap.

Roles I’m Recruiting For (1 per team only)

• Staff Management Lead: You will be fully responsible for building and managing the staff team — including recruitment, training, policies, and performance management.
• Technical / Administration Lead (FTP & Backend): You will handle server configuration, plugins, permissions, optimization, and overall backend management. The panel is already set up — your role is to manage and enhance the system.
• Marketing & Growth Lead: You will own player acquisition — server listings, advertising strategy, social media, partnerships, and growth campaigns.
• Community & Engagement Lead: You will focus on player retention, events, Discord engagement, and overall community experience.

(Additional roles may open depending on your experience, but these are the core areas.)

Paid vs Unpaid Structure

Contracts will define:

1. Scope of work
2. Deliverables
3. Payment terms
4. Agreement will be legally recognized in both your country and mine
5. This is a professional commitment, not casual work

Unpaid Roles:

• Ideal if you want to gain experience or be part of building something long-term
• High performers may transition into paid roles as the server grows

What I’m Looking For

• Strong, proven experience in your area
• Ability to take full ownership — not just assist
• Reliable communication
• Long-term mindset
• People who can build systems, not just execute tasks

How This Will Work

Each role is a lead position, meaning:

• You are fully accountable for your function
• You structure and run your area properly
• You work directly with me
• No duplication, no confusion — just clear ownership

From my side:

• The foundation (panel, setup, environment) is already done
• I’m investing time and resources into scaling this properly
• You’ll have the authority and support needed to perform
• This is being run as a serious, structured project
