Do you guys have a build server where you guys build what we order?

Yes we use our own server but if you wish to view your order in person we will require 50% of the price before letting you on since of world downloaders and before we start projects we ask for 30% straight up

$5 mines are 100by100 with voxel sniper hills with a nice wall design and theme with follow design and the mine

$20 can be up to 150x150-200x200 with better tarrain better quality as in houses custom trees and stuff like that

How much would it cost for a spawn which is basically a 400x400 ocean with a 100x100 spawn on an island surrounded by a 300x300 bit of water w/ other islands scattered around the ocean with different things on them, then the wild around it.
