I am selling an enhanced survival server, with a custom unique feature. Please read below for an explanation of our core feature.

Core Feature:
Every player can create or join a Realm, basically, a realm is a 500x500 place allocated for them (It is basically a world for each player). They start with a 50x50 realm size then they have to gain realm XP from mining, farming, hunting, etc to increase the realm land size, eventually, reach the maximum of 500x500 realm. They have an option to choose which type of realm biome they want to get, namely, rivers, glaciers, and mountainous. They may also invite or trust players in their realm. - The server retention rate is typically ranging from 50% to 75%.
- The player base used to be 4-12 players before I got into inactivity because of my finals.

Features:
The following are only a summary of our features. You may check out the server yourself if you want to see more details of our features.
- A resource world divided into 5 sections with varying mob levels and difficulties but better drop rewards.
- 600+ Advancements and Quests, completing this challenge will award players enchant keys that they can use to get custom enchantments.
- 50 levels of battle pass. Completing these challenges will give players perks, particles keys, and armor keys. Once they reached level 50, they will be given the lowest donor rank which is [Hero]
- There are 15+ Upgradeable armors with special abilities that they can collect from the battle passes, voting, daily rewards, etc.
- Offline growth for realm crops. This means that crops will grow even if you are offline.
- Spawners that they can upgrade such as the speed interview, distance of spawning, etc.
- A Book that contains all the tutorials and the NPCs tells you about the basic information of the features.
- Daily streak rewards for better player retention.
- Ability to upgrade enchantments using money.
- Ability to strip enchantments from items.
- Skills
- Bank
- Upgradeable player storages
- Envoys on the resource world.
- Player shops
What is being Sold:
Domain, Server Files, Graphics, Discord, Source code of the custom plugins. The licenses from the bought premium plugins will not be included as most developers do not allow the transfer of licenses. You will have to buy them on Spigot.
Additional Information:
The server currently has a lower player base because I have been inactive for 2 weeks due to finals. However, you can catch them back if you are active and created a new update. There have also been multiple offers of merging and partnership, so I am sure this is a click for many people, It just needs better advertisement methods. Anyway, I love this server so much and I don’t want to leave it behind but due to personal health concerns, I have decided to take a break from many things and focus on improving my current health condition.
